Youth gang members, aged from 13-19, who are either offenders or non-offenders, as well as youth who may not be affiliated to gangs but have committed secret society related offences. |

SWP offers youth who have unwittingly drifted into street corner gangs the chance to 'turn around' and have a fresh start in life. |
| Brief description |
SWP is an intensive 6-month rehabilitative programme that includes: Casework, Life Skills Programmes, Recreational / Social Activities as well as Academic Support and Career Guidance. |
