The Teen Challenge Student Centre conducts 3 Programmes:

Name of programme Streetwise Programme (SWP)
Target group Youth gang members, aged from 13-19, who are either offenders or non-offenders, as well as youth who may not be affiliated to gangs but have committed secret society related offences.
Objective SWP offers youth who have unwittingly drifted into street corner gangs the chance to 'turn around' and have a fresh start in life.
Brief description SWP is an intensive 6-month rehabilitative programme that includes: Casework, Life Skills Programmes, Recreational / Social Activities as well as Academic Support and Career Guidance.
To apply / referred by
1. Secret Societies Branch, CID.
2. Juvenile Courts, as a condition of the Probation Order supervised by MCYS.
3. Voluntary self-referrals where youth are encouraged to attend the programme through the agency's outreach programme.

Name of programme Y! Groove
Target group Youth aged from 13-18 who are either offenders or non-offenders, with delinquent behaviours and youth-at-risk.
Objective To help the youth turn around from their delinquency and live a positive and wholesome life.
Brief description Y!G is a holistic programme that integrates and imparts Christian values. The programme of each individual participant in Y!G varies from the other. The components for each participant will be based on the staff's assessment on them, and then a structural programme is crafted for them individually.

2. Schools
3. Youth who seek help through the TCSC helpline or email-counselling.

Name of programme X' Groove
Target group Open for youths and young adults, Christians and non-Christians, who are interested to learn more about the faith.
Objective To minister God's love to people and help them to be strengthened and encouraged in the Christian faith.
Brief description X' Groove is a youth fellowship which holds workshops, bible messages, praise and worship sessions and evangelistic events, as well as biblical counselling for youths in crisis
To apply / referred by
1. Open to youth and young adults.
2. Participants of Y! Groove, as a programme requirement.
