The Teen Challenge DARE Centre (TCDC) is a Christian Halfway House and Residential Community for male adults overcoming substance addictions and behavioural addictions.
Besides walk-ins who come to our centre voluntarily, we also treat addicts on the Community-Based Rehabilitation Programme organized by the government Drug Rehabilitation Centres since 1995. Starting from 2002 the DARE Centre we started admitting penal drug offenders on the Community-Based Rehabilitation Long-Term 1 (CBR-LT1) Programme and from April 2003, penal offenders with drug antecedents from the Work Release Scheme (WRS).
